Quickly Create and Edit Tables

Edit and format tables directly at the cell, row or column level without having to use dialogue boxes or special commands. Working with tables can be frustrating and time consuming. With NetEnable NXT you can use your mouse to resize and align columns and rows. Unlike most online editors NetEnable NXT lets you apply formatting across multiple cells, rows or columns. This is far quicker than changing a table cell by cell.

Inline editing actions

The table toolbar is visible whenever the cursor is located within the table.

In addition, the following actions can be performed directly in the table without having to use a table properties dialog or menu.

• Create a new row with the Tab key
• Indent text
• Delete or insert cells, rows or columns
• Inline resize of row height or column width
• Format entire table, cells, columns or rows
• Format text
• Use table styles
• Change fill colors

Table properties

A full featured dialogue provides the following controls:

• Set column widths (by pixels or percentages)
• Cell padding
• Cell spacing
• Cell borders
• Text wrapping
