Multi-Publish

NetEnable provides for content to be easily multi-purposed - used across different sites with different presentations.

Documents can be multi-published within a site or across multiple sites. Documents are allocated using a standard process of selecting the site and then selecting the site section. Menu titles, content groupings, sort orders, deferred launch dates and content expiry dates can also be set for each allocation.

E.g. A new document called “Recruitment Process” could be allocated to the procedures section of the site for permanent display. The same document may be allocated to the NEWS section with a title of “New Recruitment Process for HR”, set to launch next Monday and expire a week later. That same document could be published to an entirely different site for launching by that site's quality manger.

Design Integrity

As NetEnable dynamically combines the content & resources with structure & menus and then renders the design based on the site skin for that particular area of the site - the document will take on the design style indicated by the site skin of the target site and section.
