Mass Processing

Overcoming the inertia.

Content Management Systems are usually designed to manage content a document at a time, which is great when you are site maintenance mode, but what if you have to build an entire site? NetEnable has a number of features available to significantly reduce the time it takes to create a new site.

Site Creator

Rapidly implementing a new site, complete with information architecture and content is simple:

  1. Plan your site's information architecture in Mind Mapper, Excel or similar.
  2. Use the site creator to automatically create your information architecture in the Site Navigator. It also creates, place holder documents with Lorem Ipsum content (or what ever you want).
  3. Mass publish the site with the placeholder content - so you can see how it behaves.
  4. Update the place-holder content with your real content - NetEnable helps you manage what still needs to be completed and gives you a view of how the site is progressing.
  5. Launch when ready.

Mass Process Documents
