Mass Processing
Overcoming the inertia.
Content Management Systems are usually designed to manage content a document at a time, which is great when you are site maintenance mode, but what if you have to build an entire site? NetEnable has a number of features available to significantly reduce the time it takes to create a new site.
Site Creator
Rapidly implementing a new site, complete with information architecture and content is simple:
- Plan your site's information architecture in Mind Mapper, Excel or similar.
- Use the site creator to automatically create your information architecture in the Site Navigator. It also creates, place holder documents with Lorem Ipsum content (or what ever you want).
- Mass publish the site with the placeholder content - so you can see how it behaves.
- Update the place-holder content with your real content - NetEnable helps you manage what still needs to be completed and gives you a view of how the site is progressing.
- Launch when ready.
Mass Process Documents
