Role based customisation

Different authors need different interfaces, features and styles. In some cases it is better to limit the choice of features and formatting options for certain user groups. NetEnable NXT can be set up to support multiple customisations for individual users, groups or sites.

Interface

Extend, customise or remove each element of the interface: dialogs, toolbar buttons, drop-down lists or menus.

HTML tags

Specify custom tags and associated commands, dialogs and rendering for integration within any Web application.

Styles and formats

NetEnable NXT automatically adapts to your style sheet. Style options appear in a WYSIWYG drop down. To ensure that content complies with site styles administrators can control which styles (e.g. fonts, colours, headings and paragraph styles) are available to different user groups. Users will waste less time altering formatting and administrators will waste less time controlling style compliance for each user.

Color Palette Customisation

New colour palette configuration options enable you to administer the use of colours throughout NetEnable NXT advanced editor to ensure they match your site’s design. With a single configuration you can now control colours for tables, highlight, text colors and horizontal rules.

Symbols

Extend or limit the availability of symbols in NetEnable NXT advanced editor.

Control

Centralised deployment and control.

Deployment is seamless and rapid for even the largest enterprise systems. Changes to configuration, style sheets and the interface are automatically propagated to all users.
